Optional analytics and session recordings
Google Analytics measures visits and engagement. Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and masked session recordings. Both services load only when you enable Analytics in Cookie settings; rejecting optional cookies prevents them from loading.
Google and Microsoft process analytics information including browser and device information, pages visited and interactions. We mask page content for Clarity and do not intentionally send enquiry text or contact details as analytics events. Advertising consent and personalization remain disabled.
You can withdraw consent in Cookie settings in the footer. We stop the trackers, clear their accessible first-party cookies and reload the page to end the tracking libraries. This does not erase information already collected by the providers.
- Google Analytics uses _ga and _ga_* cookies; Microsoft Clarity uses _clck and _clsk cookies for visitor and session measurement.
- Your cookie choice is stored on your device. Existing visitors are asked again when these analytics tools are introduced.
- Provider privacy information: policies.google.com/privacy and privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement.
